Not that Google is all powerful and without faults, but Microsoft just friggin' cracks me up. Recently, Google expanded its domain by adding 'Google Talk', which is an IM client that also allows you to talk over the 'net for free. So what does Microsoft do? As per the article above, they go out and BUY another company. This is Microsoft's entire strategy? I wonder how their meetings go:
Robot 1: Ok, well, our guy on the street says Google has decided to expand into the IM market and their client will allow voice chat over the Internet
Robot 2: Buy Teleo.
Robot 1: Good Thinkin'!
Next Day:
Robot 1: Hey, sounds like Google has decided to move part of their operations to China to take advantage of the new economy sprouting up there.
Robot 2: Buy China
Robot 1: Good Thinkin'!
How about 'User Hostile Takeover'? Naw it doesn't work. Maybe we could be 'Microsoft but better'?
