Mortal Kombat: Deception

I'm here to tell you guys that the latest installment in the MK
franchise is worth having just for the mini-games alone. I put
the game in expecting to just check out the fighters, but spent
like 3 hours playing Puzzle Kombat and Chess Kombat. PK is
a lot like Dr. Mario (which was a lot like Tetris) and CK is a lot
like Archon (which you may not remember unless you're a
real die-hard), where you played on a chessboard and fought
one-on-one battles with other pieces to take the squares.

The other hour I spent playing Konquest Mode, which is a
single-player journey where you run around stealing money
and punching townspeople in broad daylight without reprisal.
I don't really remember who's in the game except for Scorpion,
Sub-Zero, Kabal, Baraka and Ermac, but I did read somewhere
that one of the unlockable characters is a zombie Liu Kang!

This game may be just the thing to help you get over the loss
of Tecmo Bowl.

Bruce Campbell

It got into his hand and went bad, so he lopped it off at the wrist. Then with his one good hand, he wrote a new book "How To Make Love the Bruce Campbell Way." His book tour is coming soon...July 31 in Chicago!

Oh, YOU WIN!!!!!!

Is there a way...

...to go display all new/unread posts and comments since
your last visit? It's kind of a pain having to go through each
post to see if someone has touched it with their delicate heiny
since the last time I was there.

Animation Domination Week 3

I just read Kevin's e-mail but like he mentioned, this is the new site for posterity.

And I agree completely, American Dad dominated the night. There were so many jokes in it, they kept pushing out jokes from the other shows in my head. Aside from what Kev already mentioned, I loved the CIA fishing trip where the head of the CIA pauses the other guy once the dad begins to stumble on the fact it's his wedding anniversary.

In the Simpsons, I loved Willy: "Pelt me all you want ... argh, that was a stapler!"

Looking forward to the discussion tomorrow.

Peace out

Shows we should all be watching

Since Ken brought up "House", I thought I'd pose the question to the group. What show should we all be watching, that maybe we aren't?

I think one of the smartest shows on is "Lost". From having the ultra-hot Evangeline Lily to polar bears on a tropical island to a fantastic subplot involving a fat guy winning the lottery but being apprently cursed with bad luck, this show continues to keep me tuned in to find out what will happen next.

And I hope to receive some involvement on this blog from the rest of you posse members. Ken and I are only 2 men ... no matter how many 1/2 pound burgers we can eat in the Geisert cafeteria.

I never learned to read ...

As such, I wondered what "blog" stood for? I could look this up on the Information Superhighway, but that would be cheating and I think I'll be more satisfied with my answer via this medium anyway.

And while I can think of a few potential answers, many of them involving the use of the word "butt", I figured I should ask.

Also, a thought for people to ruminate on:
Jam is for toast and Jelly is for dat ass.

This is the second post ...

That's lame.

No, you are!

The P-Posse is back and on the Internet!

If only this would help us find the Hammer of the Gods.

This is my first post!

Yeaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!
