We were definitely not that gay....although we did run around with t-shirts on our heads....which was a precursor to Al Qaeda. So, we're terrorists, definitely, but gay? No.
The only part I remember about wearing shirts on our head was when Ken made that online advertising banner to just say no to drugs. I think it showed him in his ninja shirt saying, "They won't hurt me..."
If you still have that banner we need to post it at the top of the page as a just say no ad.
We never made a movie out of us doing this because we were too busy *actually* doing this, in real life, in real dorms, with real loud voices. Minus the slap-fighting and back-humping featured in the video. Actually, our version wasn't really like the video at all... the similariy really ends at the song. Still brings back some great memories, though - "Mortal Kombatting" the Heitz basement and various wellness floors still stand as some of my favorites from that classic year.
I'll have to check on that banner, although I don't think I have it. The closest I've probably got is just Ken with the ninja shirt... who, for all you trivia buffs, was named "General Anacock"!
We were, and some of us still ARE! Try to guess who!
ReplyDeleteAnd speaking of BRIAN MILLER, if you check out Friday's Edition of 5 on 5 in the RedEye, you will be VERY SURPRISED.

ReplyDeleteJosh - is there an electronic version of Red Eye out there? Couldn't find it. If you have a scanner at work, you should scan that page and post it.
ReplyDeleteI second Ken's request.

Awesome.
I think our only hope of having that ad still is Kevin, he holds the greatest collection of Posse memorabilia on earth.
ReplyDeleteHe is the library of congress, the national p-posse archives, and that place where they put the arc in Indiana Jones wrapped all in one.
ReplyDeleteIS this the ad you are talking about?
