My small Rent reference aside, have you guys been watching the new season of 30 Days? So far, they had one guy live with illegal immigrants in L.A. and another live with a family in India who are part of the outsourcing workforce. Both have been really good, setting a higher standard than much of last year's episodes.
If you haven't, I recommend them. If you have, anyone have some thoughts on the two?
Saw both. I like the show and I liked Super Size Me. It's fun to see people get thrown into a place that they detest. I think the minuteman with the illegals was the best so far. The India one was interesting, just seeing the culture and the status that those jobs, that we frown on, hold.
ReplyDeleteAge/Sex/Location?
ReplyDeleteActually, Day/Time/Channel would help me more here.
I live in the land of DVR's. So, when a show actually airs means nothing to me. I can watch, ANYTIME I WANT!
ReplyDeleteIt's on FX....go to the site and look up '30 Days'.
Actually, it's F U and your Dish for me.
ReplyDeleteIt's on Tuesday nights I think, 9 or 10 p.m. ... of course I'm on the Left Coast so everything goes haywire.
ReplyDeleteI have no dish!!! I have a TV with dials! One of the dials says VHF/UHF. The other dial has a bunch of channel numbers on it. They both spin around. Emerging from the back of this wood-gilded beast is a pair of demonic metal antannae. I receive channels 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 20, 23, 32, and 50. I probably also have some spanish channels, but I am afraid to view them because everytime I do I end up wearing no pants. I think it has something to do with the fact that if you are a female on TV in the Spanish world you MUST be hot. Even women cast as "ugly reject giant goiter girl" are so hot that they turn down Maxim cover shoots.
ReplyDeleteIf I want to see illegal immigrants I'll go into any restaraunt's kitchen in the St. Louis area.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, I finally got a DVR so I'll see if can stop being a prick and figure out what you're talking about.
