Well, I haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd do an update on life on the Best Coast.
I'm still working at the horsey place and the cinematic experience (no names of companies for fear of lawsuit and ninja death).
The weather here is okay, been a bit chilly lately, down in the 60s ... but I have a jacket or two so everything as good as can be there.
I'm trying to keep up with movies for The Sobering Conclusion but I'm running into two problems. One, I work a metric butt-ton a week. Second, I'm starting to get complacent.
I may end up calling it quits soon ... maybe after the awards season ... maybe before. It depends on my apathy. I had a hell of a time getting the last two up on the site, just finding time to type it up was hard enough.
Maybe I'll snap out of it. Whatever ...
I need to find my absentee ballot so I can try to re-elect Schwarzenegger. Keep it real, dudes. And holla back at your boy! I think it's time we update the group on the group.
Apathy is an addictive drug, duder.
ReplyDeleteI was looking for a review of a the Prestige so I could add this comment: HERE'S YOUR MAGIC TRICK: YOU'RE BATMAN!!! Now you don't have to write it. You can use that time to ponder your upcoming loss in Fantasy Football.
Yeah, I don't feel great about next week's matchup ... though hopefully I will see The Prestige sometime in the next week and then hopefully get a review up.
ReplyDeleteWhile my eccentric code of ethics only allows me to see movies which feature the stars of "Batman Begins" and are directed by the director of "Batman Begins", this still allows me to watch "The Prestige". And "Batman Begins".

I actually like the director who directed batman begins even though I can't think of his name or the other movie I liked that he directed.
ReplyDeleteHang the coon64.
It's Christopher Nolan and he also did Memento ... of course you could read the review at The Prestige
