Had to log into my Yahoo account recently and post an honest question on Yahoo! Answers (horrible, I know). Anyway, I saw a link to Josh's old (I believe it was eventually blocked) account 'Outlaw_tattoo_biker'. Clicked on it and saw that all of Josh's old questions were still there. Here are some of my favorites:

And the list goes on and on. Josh, you need to come back to Yahoo Answers. The world needs you.
Holy shit, these are great. My favorite follow-ups:
ReplyDelete1) some random person's response to Josh's "I got an Atari at a garage sale" question: "can you come to my garage sale?"
2) Ken answering "Sweet Leaf" instead of "take me out to the ballgame"

ReplyDeleteAlthough some of these are comedy gold, you actually touch on a really sore spot. You can see that I generated over 50 pages worth of answers and I was really active on the site. I leveled up to level 4, and that takes a lot of work. Then some jerk moderator hit me with an eternal banhammer. I tried to appeal but I got rejected. Sure I could have tried again with my colonel login, but I was demoralized. A couple of years ago I saw that Yahoo had massive layoffs and I thought about that jag moderator.
ReplyDeleteThe good news? I tried to login again today with the Outlaw_tattoo_biker login and saw that it was available again. So I started answering questions again. I am back to level 1, and I think I lost a comedic step, but we'll see what happens.
Level 1! FIGHT!

No, that previous link Josh posted was from 4 years ago, so that's from his old account. Josh - doesn't seem like you have the same account name. Let me know if it is different, I'd like to follow you on your new adventures!
